Refund Policy
Our Commitment to Transparency:

  1. Eligibility: If, after 180 days from the start of our services, no deletions (or account status changes) have been achieved with any credit bureau, you may be eligible for a refund.

  2. Refund Amount: Eligible clients will be returned their full initial setup fee, even though services have already been provided.

  3. Billing for Deletions: You’re only billed once items have been successfully removed from your report.

  4. Initiating a Refund: If you believe you qualify, please send your refund request to our customer support team at support@texascredit.com.

  5. Decision Process: All refund decisions made by Texas Credit stem from our thorough review process and are final.

  6. Policy Amendments: Texas Credit retains the right to adjust or update its Refund Policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes to our Refund Policy.
